AI Managers and Spring Training

Do the AI managers take spring training into account? For instance, do they limit the pitch counts or substitute position players more often?

Yeah, generally starting pitchers will go 4 IP, then they'll go to the bullpen. Starting position players will get 3 plate appearances and will start getting pinch hit for.
