Can you play every game from a certain season?
How do you set it up so you can play every teas game in a season?

yes you can - its one of the features of the game - create a historical league then you will have individual choices on how to progress from season to season.... Best to get in the game and look around first... imho

Someone mentioned of a "Simulate outside world" option. and i guess if you click "no" on that option the computer will not simulate any games while your playing a different game. Can't tell if that guy was kidding or if there is an option like that. Do you know?

He isn't kidding. Select a game to play. When the game goes to the screen showing each teams lineup, look on the lower left side of the screen. The option you're looking for is right there. If set to "no" you will be able to play or watch every single game scheduled on a given day.
