Time to vent a little...
I'm in the process of updating the rosters on this game and I've come across several teams in different leagues with almost no roster. The question that immediately came to mind is why have all these leagues if the players aren't there? Using the useful in game search function, I have been able to find some players in the Free Agent pool, but it still doesn't equate to a full team. Let me say that I understand that rosters are a major undertaking and I'm not even dealing with attributes. I just don't understand including leagues that have teams with skeleton rosters. For the record, Eastside Hockey Manager is guilty of the same offense.

The teams themselves don't really hurt. And they are there because players who are on there are of interest for some league or competition that is in game. And it's possible that rosters may become fuller the further you get into future.

That thought had crossed my mind, especially after a post that Jeff had made on another thread about adding prospects around mid season, after there was time to really evaluate the players. I do realize that the game is a constant work in progress and I do appreciate the involvement you guys have with the community.

But in the end, what leagues are you talking about?

From what I've seen so far it's mostly the smaller semi pro leagues in the US and Canada. It's not really that big of a deal, I'm just a bit of a perfectionist.Having teams with only a few players, even after searching the data base was a little frustrating. I've still got a lot of work to do on the full leagues, so maybe by the time the trade deadline hits; there will be more players added to flesh out those rosters.
