Player Happy New Number Refused?

One of my players in the minors was refused a new number change at the start of the year by the AI. It shows up in his positive category (see screenshot below)

Why is this the case? Shouldn't he be upset a new number was refused?

Yeah, that's odd. We'll take a look, I suspect it may be that the interface is just showing the "number refused" comment in the wrong place, since that section of the player report is new and I know the actual modifier was being applied properly before it was added.
