Depends on what year you import them, your settings for that league and other factors. If you impoirt anyone from before say 1990 into todays game they are almost always going to have a STA of 10 (1-10) scale. If you use entire career on a player like Eck then he will be a 2.

Final tally... retired at age 38. Never used in the field. Kept as a pitcher with the Red Sox his entire career. even though he was the best hitter on the team... by far.

well, suffice to say, each sim is it's own entity, and your one season is defiantly a "Small Sample size". But it is pretty interesting that he was used as a Pitcher his entire career. This results actually makes me pretty happy cause it proves once again that using the development engine will not end in the exact same results over and over

This is a fact. Up through 1960 the ultimate baseball god has been Rogers Hornsby... and funny thing the Cardinals aquired a young catcher named Jimmie Foxx before he established himself.... and as of 1962 the Cardinals have won about 20 world series.

Yankees... only once.
