Signing Staff Under Contract

I'd like to see my assistant coaches going to NHL teams as Head Coaches. Not of them will go, and some of them might even leave and go to be a head coach in the AHL. Or my Assistant GM go to another team as a full GM even when under contract to the user's nhl team originally. The other team would ask my team for permission of course and perhaps the staffs loyalty will come into place here. The more loyal the more likely he will stay, at least until his contract is over.

Yes, would be a nice touch of realism. Happens a lot actually in real life.
