Sick of all the errors

Can I get some suggestions on how to improve my team's fielding? It seems every year we are in the tops in the league in fielding.

Is it just a matter of getting better coaches?

What are the range and arm ratings of your fielders? Are you putting a bunch of 4's (1-10 scale) out there or a bunch of 9's?
My team ranks 5th out of 16 teams. My worst fielder as far as errors is my SS but he also leads in PO.
