Dizzy Dean - no Endurance?

Just got to 1932... and Dizzy Dean was imported with as far as I can tell... no endurance at all. Is this normal?

Are you controlling a team? Even as Commish only in my ABF league I notice many players ratings will suck until after they seem to have scouted. Dean in my league was a self import and was on OOTP 15.

No I was just re-simming baseball history and checking in from time to time. He had no stamina from rookie year and ended up being a fantastic "stopper", but never a starter... something was wrong on the import.

If you have the game's player development engine on, that can modify historical careers for some players, not to the point where it's unrealistic (most of your studs will still be studs) but I have seen a few HOFers come into the league and never crack the starting lineup (even though they had decent careers).

This is true I am up to 1965... and there are a lot of hall of famers who never did a thing (Lou Brock, Red Schoendeinst, etc) and people who never got one major league at bat end up as hall of famers.
