Historical Import issues
Ok, I start a new league in 1919 with Historical minor leagues. I DID NOT import Complete History up to 1919. All the players import with their statistical history intact causing the league to have Season and career records. Seems to me not importing Complete history should have erased all the players stats, but I decide to do the following to get rid of them:
I go into the Game Settings/League settings and execute all the reset functions, my goal is to have a clean start with the 1919 season All looks good so I proceed to sim the 1919 season. After the season I go look at Season/career records and there are several that were set before the 1919 season. Most notably Jack Coombs has almost every Single season Pitching record from his 1910 season (and a lot of career records), so after investigation, it seems that Jack Coombs missed the 1919 season IRL (Likely due to his service in WWI) and he showed up in the Free Agent Pool at the end of the 1919 season and all his historical Stats were in place as if he had played in my league that didn't actually exist before 1919 and accumulated them. So I proceed to delete all the players tainting my records (This included several Hitters). And head off to the 1920 season. This phenomena continues to happen with various players who missed seasons IRL over the course of their career. After the 1920 Season it was Kaiser Wilhelm commandeering all the career records (He didn't play 1916-1920 IRL, but showed up for one more season in 1921 so he was imported into my FA pool just like Coombs before him I'm guessing this may be a Bug that needs looked at

Not a bug.
For instance I like it this way. Some do, some don't and the majority do not care with their hands in the air.

Well If I go to all the trouble to not import Baseball's History for a league, then why would I want players real MLB stats creating history for me that didn't exist?
I mean why bother asking me if I want to import the History or not, if i'm just going to get the history of the players in my league regardless of my selection? I guess it is what it is, but I don't see the logic in it.

I just checked doing the exact same thing in OOTP16 and it didn't happen. And David, I'm not using "miss seasons according to history" This is caused by the Historical Minors Database I'm sure, a player who didn't actually play in 1919 is put into the Free Agent Pool because he did play in 1920, and it brings all his Real Historical Stats with him.
