And in other news my spare time with research is decreasing towards the summer so there's not going to be lot of changes in weekly basis.
Overally Finnish leagues are slowly molding in to decent shape and Finland is already ahead most of the other countries regardless of my late joining in researching team.

Personally I would love to have another Finnish researcher in team who have more time in summer, but it's up to developers if they see it necessary.

I'll wait until HIFK announces his contract officialy. Hagman's agent denied HIFK rumours.

It have been a while since my last update, so here we go.

SM-Liiga

I have fully completed several attributes for players:
Aggression, Temperament, Acceleration, Agility, Balance, Speed, Fighting and Leadership

Almost completed:
Faceoffs and Aging

Started:
Big Games, Consistency, Adaptability, Loyalty, Ambition, Determination and Coachability

Mestis

Completed attributes:
Aggression, Temperament, Acceleration, Agility, Balance, Speed and Fighting

Almost completed:
Faceoffs

Suomi-Sarja

Completed attributes:
Aggression and Temperament

I also have finished player target abilities and templates for players playing in 2013-14 SS teams.
When SJL (probably in end of July) is releasing official schedule for 2013-14 season also Suomi-Sarja might or might not come playable.

The Mestis teams aren't playing the promotion games, and instead of the winner of Mestis, the winner of NHL plays the promotion games to SM-Liiga and next season Ilves played NHL and Flyers played SM-Liiga.

Which leagues did you select as playable in game startup? And did you use commissioner mode to edit any league settings?

I selected all the leagues and i didn't edit any league settings.

Ok, I'm keeping my eyes on this when I run series of test sims. We haven't seen this before so there might be a change that something went wrong during game setup.

SM-liiga is getting big update when new public beta is released.
I finished overhauling SML player target abilities to match league quidelines. Those were little too low before and caused some problems when I started to add attributes for players. I can test outcome during next week and start fine tuning. I'm overhauling Mestis abilities in next week.

I also added pile of new attributes for SML.
Hidden attributes: Big Games, Consistency, Adaptability, Greed, Loyalty, Ambition and Aging completed
Offensive Attributes: Screening is completed - Getting Open, Passing, Puckhandling and Off. Read are under construction
Defensive Attributes: Hitting and Faceoffs are fully completed
Goalie Attributes: Blocker, Glove and Low shots are almost done

Hidden attributes brings much more variety in game, so I'm eager to see how it turns out.

Rest of mental, physical and offensive attributes gifted for SM-Liiga skaters.
Those should be added in game in next week's build, if we are getting one.
Next I'm looking to finish hidden (3), defensive (5) attributes and finally attributes for goalies. After that lot of testing and tweaking.

There's also more teams added in II-divisioona, A Mestis and A Suomi-Sarja + players in II-div.
