BoxRec Record Import Utlity

Several people have asked for this in the past and I've figured out how to fix my previous issue to ensure functionality.

The file was originally created by tehdon.

Download includes version 2.01 and 2.02.

May also require download of AutoIt to ensure execution of .au3 file.

Hope it functions correctly and benefits universes.

You will need to download the AutoLt but works like a charm...Bask is my hero!

Still cannot get it to work for me. Am I doing something wrong? I export all files, run them through the utility, then import them back and no records show up at all. I entered 2013 as the year, shouldn't that run everyone's record to where it currently stands?

The Boxrec page is acting up...maybe they are doing maintenance as I can not even open it this morning, but to get the import utility to work...

create a new folder, for example call it Temp and place it on the desktop...

From the fighters menu in Title Bout highlight all the fighters you want to update, then click on export file...

run the title bout import utility...the first box is the Exchange file, in the second box, click browse and then find your Temp file, the utility will put all the updated records in this file...

back in TBCB, go back to the fighters menu and click import files...

find the Temp file, highlight all the records and click open...

it will ask if you want to overwrite the exsisting files, say yes

I tried and update last night and it only partially worked, because the Boxrec page is off, so that could be the problem to

My Internet Explorer is garbage and slows my **** down, any way I can make it so this program opens up Chrome instead?

It still isn't updating fighter records. I tried doing it with just Pacquiao, nope, nothing.

What happens in your internet window when it is doing this? Could you screeshot what your TBCB looks like and what that utility looks like while it is running?

Not sure about running it through Chrome....I am using the autoit to run it...It must be something with the Boxrec page, as it was working fine until yesterday. In fact I can't even open Boxrec at all. Anyone else able to get on Boxrec?

Yeah, BoxRec loads fine for me.

Yeah I ran an import on Sunday...it updated about half the boxers then nothing...haven't been able to log in since...hope I didn't break it...I love that site

Boxrec has been down for a couple of weeks for me. I can access it through a proxy though for some reason.

Been trying this all night to get all current active HW records, first time a a good few came up half maybe, tried numerous times since and nothing... any help?

Boxrec is doing work on their server. I don't know how long they'll be effected, or when the work will be completed.

I couldn't find any dates in the boxrec forums. When I look up a boxer's record on the site there is a prompt asking for a log in to view weight information that mentions the planned server upgrade. I log in as requested because I need the weight information for working on my tomato cans. Things appear to be moving along slowly.

Unfortunately not as the html code for boxrec pages has changed since this program was made.
