OOTP keeps eating the Rangers logo.
I'm currently playing a historical league as the 1977-onward Mariners, and something weird keeps happening: Every time I start up the game, the Texas Rangers logo I'm using disappears, and is replaced by an old temporary logo that I deleted some time ago. I tried changing the logo, but no dice: It "eats" the Rangers logo EVERY time I start the game. That cowboy hat and baseball must be some sort of gourmet treat.
I have to change the team name, and re-load the logo and uniforms, every time. Any idea what might be causing this? It's a minor annoyance, but it's still annoying. Last edited by ThatSeventiesGuy; 04-09-2013 at 03:09 PM. |

Second, go to your saved game's news\html\images\team_logos folder and delete all those old texas logos it keeps using. Third, reload/restart the game and it'll auto load the correct texas logo. This should solve your problem. |

The funny thing is, I not only eliminated the logo it keeps using from OOTP, but from my computer itself! And the only logo marked "Texas Rangers" in any way now is the one it keeps rejecting. Evil Phantom Logo is evil and phantom-y.
