Submitting a ticket link is broken.
I just emailed Lukas, but:
I have a guy in my league that is having activation issues, he downloaded the wrong update and now he needs his license activations reset. When I send him the link, it is not working to submit a ticket. I got this link from your knowledgebase entries. https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...tting-a-ticket The submit a ticket here and in Markus post in the forums is not working: https://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boa...d.php?t=299992 In that post, he says: Support requests should now be submitted by filing a support ticket here: File a Support Ticket. Then when you follow everything to submit a ticket, the page is not working. Link does not work here either: Licensing does not work? For activation issues, please see here: Activation Problems Hopefully you can resolve all of this. Thank you, Niddler |

Hey Niddler,
I'm sorry about those broken links. I've got my links updated but Lukas has been on a much needed vacation now for most of August. So his links and even most of the links still around the website need to all be updated to this one... https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...71000000007061 So if you need to have a ticket submitted please feel free to use that link to submit those. I'll most likely get you a response back the same day you submit it to at the least acknowledge the issue and prepare to send feedback with instructions. We are also updating and moving over our knowledge base to the new ticketing system we are now using. You can find that here https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...k-developments However, it's going to be a slow process as it's just me doing any work on that currently. On top of it just being me we are also going to attempt to revise and update the knowledge base as it is completely out of date in some areas. Thanks Alex |
