Start with End of Year rosters in custom league

I want to create a custom league with historical teams from different years and want the teams to start the year with the end of year rosters.

There are files called EOSRosters.csv (End of Season Rosters) and ODRosters.csv (Opening Day Rosters) that exist.

My first thought was to make a copy of the ODRosters file and name it something else so I didn't lose it, then copy everything from the EOSRosters file into ODRosters file. So when I create a new game, it pulls the rosters in, but ends up being the end of season rosters. However, I am unable to make any kind of changes within this folder (C:/Program Files/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 20>default_date_statistic_files.zip/stats/). I guess it's locked in some way? Then I see these same files exist in another place (C:/Users/Kyle/Documents/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 20/Stats). I am able to do what I described, but when starting a game it is not pulling the info from this folder. Even if I start a historical league and it asks what folder I want to use as my database, it will not use that updated ODRosters file.

Is there a simple way of achieving this?
