Historical Editing

1980 1/07 start.
When I try to edit (just pushing edit button) the game stop to work!

I retried in safemode and its working. I have access to the edit menu.

In the menu its indicated that I cannot change the league structure.
Is it intended?

Yes, it's not possible to change the structure in historical mode yet.
