Export Your Team Via FTP

Does not seem to be working.. I've done all of the tests available everything says its working. When I click on "export your team via ftp" it says its successful but when I check my website's files its not in there.It does however go into the import/export folder in my documents.

Are you sure you look in the right spot? If the test is successful and the feedback after the export is successful, then the game got the message back from the FTP server in both cases. Just yesterday we did export/import files to/from our FTP server without problems.

I'll try again but I'm pretty sure I did everything right.. it all says successful (tests and upload itself) but when I check the website's files (via my hosting account) there's nothing in the folder.. but I'll try again and report back if there's still an issue.

EDIT: I found an issue.. not sure how to fix it but apparently the game created a folder in my website called cfa-football.com and created the subsequent folders as well.. the upload process is working.. gotta find the issue with my settings.
