Yeah, kids, that was just after black-and-white TV got phased out.

And yes, it is 2:40 over here. Doesn't matter anymore.

Okay, time for bed. Opened three packs, leaves three more for tomorrow. By far my best card right now is a 1954 Minnie Minoso (Gold-89). Except for a 199x David Cone and Sal Romano I have no pitchers anybody would recognize, though =)

Yeah, I hear you!

It's especially hard here since I pulled a Diamond Max Scherzer during the closed beta start earlier today. So exciting, but a bit sad too knowing we won't be together very long

I think I did alright with my pulls. I have Corey Seager and Cespedes in the middle of the lineup. Gary Carter behind the plate and German Marquez as my #1 starter.

As a Cardinal fan, I was happy to pick up two Cardinals, but really only happy with one of those. Paul Dejong

I'm still not sure what's going on... I've got 5 packs of garbage... Not complaining since i know it's not really what I will have in 2 weeks. But now is it just watching timers for it to auto sim my games?

I had to make an account to just express my JOY/HORROR of pulling the Record Breaking 100 overall Babe Ruth.
After beta though, I'll probably open a million packs and never get again

Well, the starter packs are filled at the same basic rate for everyone. So everyone starts off more or less equal, but the variation comes within the specific value of each card type you get. You might get an 89 gold and someone else an 80 gold for example.
