Speaking of the foreword, I spotted a few typos. Hopefully, I've fixed everything.
Following a week or so playing the game, I'm working on an update, which should be ready by Friday. Thanks everyone for reading this story. EDIT: Please also note that I'm in the process of editing a few minor things here and there (odd indentation, typos...) and will re-upload the final version of all revised pages. I've already done the first 20 pages or so (beginning of the 2nd chapter). Last edited by Hankyu Braves; 11-08-2016 at 04:20 AM. |

Updated the post above with 3 more pages.
Apologies for the delay. It turns out that the 1874 season was more eventful than I remembered. Who will win the Forsyth Cup? |

Hankyu Braves, this is exceptional writing... this is a work of art.
You are going to put a lot of us dynasty writers to shame. Love the way you intertwine movies in your story. Hope you show us your logos and jerseys, too. I know you are very talented when it comes to logos, jerseys and caps... the work you did for my Islandian Pro Alliance really made it better and more immersive... as good and wonderful as your graphics work is, your writing and story telling is pure genius. You must write for a living. This dynasty is truly amazing! |

I reckon you're going slightly overboard with your praises , but it's always nice to read . Longevity and sustained quality is the key. Something you and other talented writers did (or, in many cases, are still doing) over the years. I'm a long way from this. Next update within a couple of days, hopefully. |

As good as your graphic skills are -- your writing is better... believe me. I just wouldn't post if your dynasty wasn't something special to me in some way. So far, your dynasty is special to me because of your writing skill... since I am very well acquainted with your graphics skill, I would think they will be very good, too. My favorite dynasties have good graphics first and cover league play with general details... then good storyline and good writing... add in drama and humor and you will have a fan for life. And like you said, longevity and regular posting is important to me as well. Since my favorite dynasties are the Laseron Baseball Association (Goody and Portlander) and the Metro League (DreamTeams), I tend to favor those with good graphics...if the writing is also very good, that takes the dynasty to a very high level for me personally. Really looking forward to your dynasty. Question: Did the publishers of your book play baseball? Would I be close if I thought they were Roy Hobbs and Jack Elliott? Fun fact: I always thought it was Elliott (with 2 't'), but it's in fact Elliot. Meaning that the thread title is spelt right but not the other mentions in the book. |

He was Elliott in my Islandian Pro Alliance... uh oh... now I will have to go back and correct all of his entries in my league write-ups.

Updated the previous post with pages 81 and 84.
Apologies for the delay. I needed a break to avoid an OOTP burn out and find an interesting (at least to me) angle to tell the FLBB 1875 baseball season. You won't have to wait for another month to discover the outcome. |

Next up, the genesis of the AAPBB... nearly 3 months after it was first announced Last edited by Hankyu Braves; 05-31-2017 at 03:06 AM. Reason: FINAL VERSION - Edited minor stuff... |
