Once the game drops...

How often can we expect updates/patches for the game. I don't recall there being any for FHM14 but i only bought the game in March. I know that EHM has them every two weeks. I think it's pretty obvious that there will be bugs in this new game, i mean what kind of game like this doesn't have bugs so it would be nice to have frequent updates.

Yes, there were patches with FHM 2014.

While there's no defined timeline of patches being released every "XX" days after release, there will be work on patches as soon as the game drops. Attention wouldn't turn to FHM 3 for some time. It is however the type of thing that needs to be played by ear - what issues might arise, how long they take to fix, etc.

You might not be able to answer this right now, but if the reception for FHM 2 is strong, is there an intention for the game to eventually release annually, or would it more likely remain a biennial series?

It is definitely planned for FHM to become a yearly release. The only reason why it took so long between FHM 2014 and FHM 2 is that so many systems in the game were redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up. Talking with the devs, they have said that with the new engine in and solid it will now be much easier to build on additions and improvements to FHM 3, 4, 5, etc.
