Well, in OOTP Peter Angelos usually kicks the bucket every season so the first option isn't necessary in this game. ;-)

Always Royals. I've tried to manage other teams but OOTP is what started my love for baseball and then it was confirmed after by going to games with my infant daughter. Then watching those playoff runs a few years ago with my wife was just incredible. I wish I could get behind taking the worst team in the league to the playoffs, rinse/repeat, but I just can't do it. Instead, I spend 2k+ hours a year starting career after career with the Royals, sometimes historical starting in 1968, sometimes starting with those late 70s powerhouse teams, sometimes starting in the 80s and going after all those players whose cards I collected as a kid, and quite often handling the rebuilds of those horrific 2000s teams, with a modern day career sprinkled in here and there. I can't wait to watch my little guys run around the field.
