Losing players in offseason
In XX, if you play multiple seasons with the same historical team along with controlling the minor leagues, when a season ends if your minor league team doesn't stay in that organization, the team disappears and all the players on that team disappear from your organization.
Is there something in 21 that will lock all your players in your organization if an affiliate goes away in the offseason.

I don't think you actually lose the players when a team is contracted like that. I've had this happen and asking the AI to sort my minor leagues puts those unassigned players on other minor league levels. Obviously that's a drawback because you may not want the AI to intermeddle with your rosters; but it's a fix. There might be another option, too, but I haven't gone down that rabbit hole yet.
