91 Cueto Replaced by Empty Card

I pulled a Historical Legend 91 Johnny Cueto from a pack this morning and attempted to put him on my 26 man roster. During the time, I had trouble with my internet connection. After restarting my router, I turned off my computer, logged back in to Perfect Team, and noticed he was now an "empty" player. Still on my 26 man roster... but was a card with no name, no ratings, or anything.

I decided to just stop doing anything with my team and wait for assistance.

I actually took a photo of the card before it crashed, as I was excited about it and was going to share it with my friends. Also took a photo of the empty card. Couldn't see where I could post it to my thread.

I can't believe I screwed up my own team name...

Team Name: East Camelot Pythians

I've had a nasty head cold for a week and my brain hasn't been operating on all thrusters.

EDIT: Just corrected it on the original post.

If you go into your team profile… Or customize team, I’m not exactly sure where and I don’t have it in front of me right now, in the upper right is a troubleshooting button. Click on that and one of the options is to clear player card cashe. I suggest you pick that option. That forces all the player card images to get redownloaded from the servers and perhaps it will fix the glitch with his card.
