Having major issues setting up

I'm getting really frustrated, can someone help me, I'm trying to setup a a 1 league, 2 division, 4 teams each, I want to draft from all the majors league players, no fictional, no minors, don't want to use the minor league system, no scouting, just plain major leagues, is this possible???? Please help Wyatt an I doing wrong!

Where you say you want to draft from all the majors league players, do you mean you want to be able to draft historical players from random years (so Babe Ruth might be in the same draft class as Fred Lynn), or that you want to start with a specific year and be able to draft from all the players who were active that year? Or?

Yes i want to draft only 2021 or any specific year, with my created teams and again no minor leaguers or international or fictional.
