Junior Leagues

One of the additions in the last patch was Junior Leagues. I have several questions:

1. What was the purpose of adding Junior Leagues to the game?

2. How can we view Junior Leagues?

3. Are team and league logos, along with jersey's available for Junior Leagues?

4. Can we become gm/coach of a Junior League?

Just to be clear, it's junior international tournaments, not leagues, that were added in the update. They can be found in the international menu of any new game that's started with version 3.2.89. It's possible to be hired to run those teams, but you can't begin the game with one (yet.) No separate jerseys for international teams yet, but the U18 and U20 national teams have the same logos as the regular national teams.
