Must Enter License Key Every Time After Computer Switch?

Hello.
I recently switched to a new computer, continuing my now 16 season league into the new machine. Every time I start the game, I have to enter the license key. It does not save it internally. Is there something I can do so I don't have to enter the key every time I start the program? Thanks.

Did you unlicense the game on the old computer?

Try contacting support to reset your license.

Sometimes this can be an issue where due to a permissions issue, the game can't write properly in the license information to save on the machine. You may have to start the game as an administrator at least once for it to have the right permissions.

Avast Antivirus is also a common cause of interference.

Thanks. I thought I could have the license active on two computers, no?

Thank you for the response. How do I start the game as an administrator? I put in the key and it goes right to the main menu.

You have to set that from the windows shortcut/exe. Generally speaking, if you right click on the exe, there should be an option to "Start as Administrator" or something along those lines, depending on which OS version you're on.

Thanks for the tip, but this didn't work. Still asking me for key every restart.
