If you could keep a card from the beta, which one would it be?

I don't really have one stellar standout card. Since I only have one gold card, Corey Seager, I would say him just because he would be the most expensive one to replace.

That said I really like some of the players on my team that seem to over perform their rating so hopefully I can get some of them again.

Josh Donaldson 2015 (MVP year) rated 89... it is a better card than the diamond 2018, and it is hard to find.

Babe Ruth without question; over any other I have or have seen. The Babe rocks my cleanup spot.

Keith Hernandez was a big part of my Championship team And is also the reason I am leading my division again this year.....

It would be my vote also. If I only had him.😁

Prime Ernie Banks, since apparently the card should be a slugging SS and not a slugging 1B (and will be after beta). The best card on my team would be even better!

Are some perfect cards much more rare than other perfect cards? That seems to be the case, but I haven't seen that confirmed.

I'd love to be able to see a Babe Ruth card, let alone own it.

Yep, at all rarities the non-Live card categories drop at a fraction of the rate of Live cards of the same rarity. I can't recall what ratio was settled upon, but it's low enough that there are some cards I know must exist, but I've never seen - even in the early beta days when packs were free and everyone could open as many as they wanted.

Pudge, for example - I mean, he's got to have a Perfect card out there with like a 389 defensive rating at C and good hitting, but I've never seen it once.

Edit: To the original question, I haven't opened any packs so I don't have a particularly strong personal attachment to any card, but I'd probably keep the Ozzie Smith I got in the AH. He anchors my whole defensive strategy and is my leadoff hitter, so he'd be hard to replace. I'll be targeting him in the AH early once the official PT goes live, that's for sure...

Edit 2: Speaking of elusive Perfect cards, anyone pulled the 'much more interesting Ohtani' that Markus mentioned somewhere? His Live version is doing plenty well for me, but I'm curious to see what his 'Future Legend' ratings look like... I bet the first of those that hits the AH will be the most expensive card ever sold to date.

There is one in my League. I am not sure but I have not actually looked at the card yet

that's a tough call, might be historical all-star Ken Griffey Jr, but I feel keeping one of my pitchers would be more valuable so would probably keep either Bauer or Severino

I'd keep Griffey, good CF are much harder to come by in the AH than low/mid-Diamond Live pitchers. I bet he'd auction for more than either pitcher. Plus, he's Griffey, I mean come on (not bias at all, ignore the forum avatar)

The Babe I have is not a "Perfect" but I would not trade it for any perfect I have seen.

I love my 100 Willie Mays card, but I don't think it touches that Babe card! That is some sweet action right there!

Does that Babe Card have pitching ability, by any chance?
