Preseason prospect rankings

Anyone know how these are calculated? This scrub was just ranked in the top 10

Also, is there any chance that in MLB MANAGER 2 (2016) we can have the full list of prospects instead of top 10. Its calculated but not shown currently

he must have INSANE defensive skills but a top 10? beyond me.

I've seen many questionable preseason prospect ratings. Some include players that should have been ranked higher or ranked at all and overranked players

It's a combination of the cpu bringing up top prospects almost immediately and a lack of quality prospects generated each year.

When the top prospects are promoted before even a year in the minors, they won't qualify as a prospect the following April. This leads to a lack of quality guys that are still in the minors.
