Park effects?

Wodi mentions park effects on player performance, something I was unaware of as a factor in the game (I realize that in real life this can matter a lot).

Is there a way to see roughly what these effects are, either in real life or the game? I do not follow MLB, so have no sense of which parks favor hitters or pitchers -- in my current game, I would be most curious about Dodger Stadium.

Are parks variable in fantasy games?

Can't be sure it's exact but based on OOTP settings it is as follows:

Avg Overall. .967
Avg LHB. .980
Avg RHB. .960
Doubles. .970
Triples. .650
HR Overall. .950
HR LHB. .930
HR RHB. .960

Probably close and a pitcher's park.
