Markus told me Jorin will be back in two weeks. When he returns, this is the first thing he will work on, so we're hoping it will be done in late August/early Sept.

Yes, that is my understanding, since work on MLB Manager 2016 for Android hasn't even started yet, and will not have started by then.

ETA for inapp historical season purchases in Android?
Seems pretty clear nothing is going to happen.

As you know once the game and an initial patch are released, all attention is given to the "higher selling" games and iootp/mlbm are put on the back burner until next years game.
