I just had a pitcher I was up against in my last game that walked 10 batters. After he got his 10th walked the PBP congratulated him on setting the league record for walks in a game...I'm sure he felt great about that.

Umm..if he's that dominant I would walk him every time I faced him. EVEN with bases loaded. This happened with Barry Bonds one time.

Of course he'd then set the record for IBBs in a game (I think Bonds has that IRL).

I just had a pitcher on my fictional team,Serpent's Bay Pirates, name of Dunlang Cable who pitched 6.1 innings for 2 hits as he helped the Pirates to a 15-0 win over Tannersville Tempests. In 4 AB's he got 2 hits and drove in 6 RBI's including a Grand Slam.Strangely this wasn't enough to earn him Player of the Game.

Matt Wieters on my team in 2011 went 7 for 7. I've had players with 4 doubles in a game.

I have a knuckleballer with terrible control lose a no-hitter (which I have done in real life) by walking in a run and losing 1-0. What's amazing is that he did the exact same thing in his next start!

Also, I had a Japanese 2B, who batted .423 (which is amazing since he's the first guy to bat above .362 in my league) as a rookie (he started every game, no injuries). In a game that went 14 innings, he almost hit for the cycle twice. 2 singles, 2 doubles, 2 triples, a hr, and a walk (in his final at-bat, he hit three fouls over the fence before walking with a loaded count). I was hoping so bad that he was going to pull it off! He did steal second and third before scoring the winning run, however.

Wow! Looking at his 2015 stats, wondering why CMK let him go...

Just last season there was a guy who got 6 SBs in a game and now holds the record. Also, there are three guys with 10 RBIs in a game.

this is my 2nd favorite offensive player on my team. orig i didnt have a spot for him the last 2 seasons. after i traded away my orig Cf i moved my 3 time MVP SS Wilbur Duggleby who at the time had 6 errors in 31 games to Cf which i had him setup to play (self created player) and moved Gorwyn to SS, he can also play 3B, 2B, LF and Gorwyn has 6 errors in 120 games at SS. when free agency comes around after 2005. i plan on building my team around these 2 players since they can play multiple postions.

I had Ben Sheets pitch 12 innings while giving up I hit, no walks, and 16 strikeouts. I love watching a pitcher dominate for longer then 9 innings. He threw 156 pitches in this game to and go the win.

The real Ben Sheets would have gone on the 300 day DL after that..

my dads favorite player is Harvey Haddix.
