It's a relatively undocumented feature of OOTP, but you can create some awesome sound mods. Examples are...custom Intro sounds for Players, etc. If anyone is interested. Please reply here and I'll make some.

. I've just learned this was possible, so this is my first attempt and it's purely experimental. With the way things are setup in the game, It's really hard to judge how long or loud they should be, so give me feedback please. I'm busy with beta testing 11 right now, but if you like them, I have plenty more that I'll be Uploading in the future. Heck, I'll even take requests.

I forgot to include a read me on how to use. Just follow these instructions exactly.
Extract the zip to your game\data\sound folder. If your game is currently running, you'll need to exit the game and restart before they will play.
These files are generic, so it doesn't matter what team the players play on. Whenever the player comes to bat, you'll now here the Announcer introduction and intro music. Each is only 10 seconds long.

Bigrod, how about a walk-up music for players instead of the PA announcer? You could take random mp3 samples (like iTunes lets you play a few seconds of a song you're about to buy) and apply them to the players you already have in your Player Intro Mod.

I'm thinking that if you gather up the mp3s, it would be fairly straightforward to create a batch file that renames the all the song.mp3 to Joe_Player.mp3s.

Anyone know of a batch sound file processor like Irfanview does for graphic files?
