Didn't get this answered in "New to the game" so i figure i'll ask again here.

I just want a little clarification with what i am looking at in the overall roster strategy section. For example Favor Vets or Favor Prospects. The bar is blue but i don't know which one the manager favors. I would assume prospects!? I feel like this can be simplified for example by having a little icon (like a baseball) and If it's more to the left on the scale then the manager prefers vets but if it's more to the right he prefers prospects and if it's near the middle he doesn't prefer either.

Don't worry about the color of the bar
Worry about where the end of it is. In this example, yes, he favors prospects (and pitching, defense and batting average).

I agree that there could be a more obvious system.

To me it looks like he prefers hitting and offense over pitching and defence. The bars look to be over 50% to me.

Yeah, he's in the middle for Speed/Power, and the rest you can tell if you use that as a reference.
