I have fallen out of first place by a half a game. It does not matter who I throw into the RF, 3B and C positions. I just can't seem to get production out of them. I just made a bit of a bold move swapping Adrian Gonzalez out of the DH spot in favor of Gene Tenace. He has ratings that I hope means he will get on base more often. I stuck him in at DH and moved him to 2nd in the lineup in hopes of getting more baserunners on in front of Seager and Cabrera Last edited by Maddox; 11-09-2018 at 06:18 PM. |

el_gringo and I just had a great series battling for the second wild card in the Phi Gamma AC. We split the four games so I hung on to my 2 game lead, but his all-defense team is a pretty tough draw.

I started out 7-0 and later 17-6, now I'm below .500. Nothing seems to be working, my packs are all coming up garbage and my market pick-ups aren't living up to expectations. I'm ready for the next season. LOL

I'm Boilermakers, and yeah this division is pretty crazy. I got a little lucky with some Gold pulls and somebody bought a silver off me for like 2,500 PP, which I turned into some good improvements across the board. I was cruising for a while but my starting pitching started falling apart-I'd been going with a 4-man rotation and I don't think it was sustainable. Hope to hang onto a wild card spot, but not sure I can beat Vancouver anymore...

I'm up to 65-68... I might actually be able to break .500 before season's end!
No, it's poor luck on his part. I have a 63 OVR CC Sabathia who just got Pitcher of the Month. Nothing to do with rich or poor, stop it. Last edited by Fyrestorm3; 11-10-2018 at 12:11 AM. |

Overnight, the Raccoons then ran into the Flying Monkeys, who seem abandoned already, swept them for four, and racked up almost 1,500 PP in the series. Buying a pack now (feep!). … Okay, this did not get me any further either.

Aug was my first month with a losing record at 13-16
I am still 9 games over .500 and currently in 3rd place, 2 games out of the division lead in the weakest division in the league. But, with 27 games left, I am still very much in the hunt and have 12 of the last 27 games against the two teams ahead of me. I think it is safe to say I will be checking in often throughout the day tomorrow. |

86-51 with a 2 1/2 game lead when I logged on this morning. I gained a game since I was on last night over that pesky second place team. It looks like one of us will be division champ and the other first wildcard unless one of us collapses.

Had an immaculate innings, some sales, and other achievements overnight. Had 5000 points to spend and decided on 5 packs rather than 1 gold. I got to see a few cards I like, but just one team upgrade - Goldschmidt.
The team is down under 500 now and losing ground in the wildcard. I have really struggled with 2B and OF all season. |

Losing ground at the start of the day. Unless I can turn things around I more than likely will not advance to the playoffs

Gb
I started upgrading just before the AS game when I was about 2 GB. Now I am 85-55 with a 14 1/2 game lead. Catfish Hunter was my ace, now the fifth guy. All season long my bullpen has been hosing down fires and leading the way.
I have found that my-year old grandson loves opening card packs. When the fans begin to cheer, he gets excited and pumps the air. Then he goes back to Thomas the Tank Engine. He's learning

I can't seem to buy a win today so I am toast. No way I am making the post season.

Had an 11-game winning streak!
Which was not nearly enough to climb out of the basement.

Best pack I had so far, but too little, too late:

19 games to go
no more games vs the top 2 teams who are running away from everyone else, so I have a decent shot at a wildcard the prize from that will be getting pounded by one of those 2 said teams from above actually I just had a competitive series against the one team, but still lost all 3 last time |
