Just to make sure: it seems like the duplicate lines in the team nicknames file can simply be removed - and the game will still pick one of the logo sets at random - correct?

I would guess that it's to control frequency. If the nicknames file says:

Aces
Aces
Aces
Aardvarks

You'd be 3 times more likely to get a team named Aces than Aardvarks.

I've started a new league and I thought I would post the home unis that aren't city specific here just in case someone else might be able to use them. I'll be uploading them a handful or so at a time over the next week or so.

Special thanks goes to Justafan for his OUTSTANDING Ballcap & Jersey Creator Programs! They REALLY saved me a ton of frustration when I accidentally deleted my cap and jersey templates that I had spent years fine tuning.

I have an idea for a uniform but can not find a suitable logo and was wondering if someone wanted to use a logo that they found or want to make one and then a home and alt jersey.
Whiff. Now for me this has to do with more the old Ovaltine factory in Villa Park, IL and less about baseball but that Whiff would work for both. I'll take care of the road jersey at some point.
