questions and help before OOTP 212 is released

what do i need to have to have my current league to be the same from OOTP 20 TO OOTP 21

Will my league import perfect with my logos, uni's and player photos?

do i need to add the ones i'm using to the folders in the game?

is there away to use my league setup and teams from this league and start it at a different year, the league is in 1969 but i would like to start it in 1963
can i make a quick start and import it to 1963 or export the league with the divisions and teams , rosters and lineups the same

what i want to do is have everything the same ,just restart the year it's in
