Editing Player Position and Draft Picks

Is it possible to edit the position a player plays? I've noticed while updating my rosters that some players play as a forward and defenseman, but are only listed for one and I'd like to change that. Also, how do I add or subtract draft picks based on trades?

u have to be control of commish mode an then edit the team info for draft picks... if u want to move a teams pick u have to go to the orginal team to move them pick under edit under the team section... as far as player edit goes under commish mode u have to click on edit under player profile to edit their positions

I'm in commish mode and I still don't see how to edit the position played. I see the templet, but that; doesn't offer forward/defense that I saw.

All I see is Compare with and Change Jersey Number in the action menu. If I right click on a player, the player menu shows an option to change it, but it's greyed out, even in commish mode.

To change the position via editing, look at the attributes tab, the position ratings are in the upper-right corner. The position set to 20 will be the main one, anything 15 or higher will be listed on the player's profile.
