PT Drops Broken

Since the new drops have come out, I haven't received any of the drops that I have claimed manually through the Twitch Drops menu. IGN is bross317. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but something seems wrong on OOTP's end.

Hi. Thanks for letting us know. What is your Twitch username? Some viewers had their accounts disconnected, so please reconnect your OOTP username to your Twitch account and let us know if you see the drops working for you.

My twitch username is ootpmemelord, I am connected, so I will try disconnecting and reconnecting and see if that helps.
