Player buyout costs

When buying out a player you are presented with the entire buyout cost up front and asked to approve it, in some leagues with a salary cap it may make sense to show the player the cost of the buyout per year as this would have a substantial impact on their financial flexibility.

In FHM2, the buyout dialogue box presents the cap penalty per year and the amount of years.

With FHM3 it's just the total buyout cost. No indication of cap penalty or years.
