Looking to start an online league as Commissioner

Is there any kind soul on here that can walk me through how to actually get the online league up and running? I've been a commissioner in a league before, but the file was already set up and everything, I just took over. If there's anyone that can help me understand how to actually get my league online, I would be seriously grateful.

First thing you need is hosting. Contact Fidel at All Sim Baseball, he's the best.
