This league has been very healthy since it's inception with the release of OOTP 16.

Before you join, you should know who your commissioner would be. My name is Charlie Cooper. I previously tried starting two other online leagues, but neither got off the ground, as my fraud in the PEBA was exposed. For those of you who do not know, I ran 5 teams at once in the PEBA, which led to damage that couldn't be repaired. I still don't know what led me to doing this, but I do know it was wrong and I shouldn't have done it, let alone even consider it. I've been booted from all but a couple leagues because of this, but show no intention of ever doing it again.

I do not run a team in that league and I will not in this league, I find it is much easier to just be a commissioner and not run a team in the same league, especially with my past.

We have a great base of GMs who would love to see this league last a very long time. We would love to add you to that base and help us make this the best OOTP online league!
