Allowing WHA to be activated in 2004-05 historical

I noticed that in a historical season that doesn't have a WHA season, the WHA is termed "inactive."

I was wondering if there was a way to allow a gamer to "activate" the WHA for 2004-05, and allow the gamer to create the 8 teams of the "New WHA" and populate them with the players already in that 2004-05 season that never really was played.

Could make for some fun simulating!

The sub-ECHL league the WHA-2 eventually turned into is actually lurking in the dark reaches of the database. But adding a new league to an existing game is fairly complicated - it requires a bunch of specific coding for the old WHA to appear and disappear correctly. It'll likely be a while before we can add an option to add a new league to a game that's underway, and it'll probably show up in the modern game before historical.

Or perhaps sooner as a way to allow a fictional league to grab real players past and present?
