USBL Historical Openings

I've got 2 openings in our Historical League with the Chicago Cubs and Seattle Mariners.

We are just a couple of weeks into the 2002 season in a League that began with the 1984 Season. Seattle just drafted Miguel Cabrera with the 1st pick of the Draft. We have recently converted to OOTP14

Is this league part of the Grand Championship League? If so I'll take the Scrubs er I mean Cubs.
