All hitters are rerated with hitting and fielding ratings (based on UZR).

I have done about 15/30 teams completely including service time, contracts, pitching ratings (including individual pitch types and their strengths/weaknesses). I'm also individually editing personality types, injury ratings, and popularities for those 15/30 teams so far.

Hoping to have the ratings wrapped up by this weekend or next, with the prospects taking another week or so. TBD on a complete release for March 6, to celebrate the start of Spring Training.

I'll throw up some more screen caps when I get home tonight. Sorry for the sporadic updates, most of the time I get for editing comes when I have no internet access!

Thanks brother -- aiming March 6, although that may flex a bit either way.

Got a ton of work done this week on the set, going to get a ton done this weekend. Really excited about this release.

Also -- I am debating trying this out for the first time this year, and posting HTML pages as I finish teams. Figured that would give you guys an early shot to find mistakes in the rosters, changes that should be made, etc.

If I can figure out how to make that work, I might throw up Arizona and Atlanta tonight.

Compiled a totally up to date 2010 facepack that will go out with the release.

18/30 teams complete. If I can knock this thing out a bit early (heck, might be done with ML ratings this weekend) I should get a chance to touch up a lot of the minor league fielding/pitcher endurance and other ratings as well.

Looking to add a bunch of 2010 draftees to the pool if I can do it seamlessly as well.

Not quite. They are doing their own thing this year and I am doing my own thing. I'm sure both sets will be solid. Also, wanted to make sure I got out a roster set for OOTPX for anyone who stays on this version before I convert it over to OOTP11. I'm guessing there will be pros and cons to both -- I love the guys working on the set for OOTP11, but I do this for fun, and I like to work on my own schedule. Makes it too tough for them to count on since I have such a sporadic schedule.

That being said, I'm really excited about this. I've added in some more things over last year's version, including having pitcher roles like they are in real life (guys who are borderline starters, swingmen, etc. are so in the set). I've edited personality ratings for every player in the league, along with injury ratings for every player in the league, based on the fine work done by Will Carroll done over at BP.

All team's pitching ratings, hitting ratings, fielding ratings, individual pitch types and strengths/weaknesses, contracts, service time, uniform numbers, personel, stadiums are also now complete.

All that's left is to work on the minors. Going to be putting in the accurate top 30 list (just got my BP book today!), scouting reports, and making sure all of the individual rosters are correct. Won't be putting in a ton of rating edits past prospects and perhaps AAA/AA. That will come at a later date.

I was really hoping you would be working on the roster beta this year.
