the first thing I noticed is that you integrated rosters from the real MLB, which was lacking in your MLB2006v3.1 saved game.
really cool.

is it easy to integrate now the stadiums and logos?
I noticed that certain team names have changed. (in CNL for instance)

How do I get rid of those rosters because I am starting back in 1983?

and is it possible to import the ballparks from Matter2003's MLB2006v3.1?

I mean, just pasting the images to the directory wont suffice I suppose.

Is this file a template, or a full quick start?

Supposedly a template, but no one will post it on a registration-free site, so who knows?

It's just a template, but yeah you need to register at theperfectgame.net to download the link. Worth it though IMO.

I tried downloading it from the perfectgame.net after registering, but all I got was a screen full of gobbledygook...

what gives?

Not to me. If you have it, would you please post it a site that doesn't require us to register?

I had a strange occurance. I used the template and wanted to do an inaugural draft to start out on the MLB level. Well when I went to do it all the teams still had 15 players each on their roster and there is no way to get rid of them. I went to release all players and it says operation complete but when I go to the teams the players are still on them.

Any reason for this with the template?

I was going to be releasing more updates for the file and edit the file to the likings of different people, but instead of you people waiting for me to post to a free site you had to do it without my permission, I'm pulling the file and anyone who wants it can pm me to get it

Just one more thing this file is only the first version of the template. I will be making a ultimate version the includes roster files, logos, pictures, correct stadiums and mangers. But if that link is not closed I won't edit anything in the game and let you figure out how, which obviously you didn't do because I had to do it.

Link was closed and I posted to a free site for everyone to enjoy and share. Any changes you want or things added you may want let me know before 2morrow nite so I can include in the next download. Thanks for the support. http://files.filefront.com/World34ra.../fileinfo.html
