How do I offer a Long Term Deal To Reserve Clause Players?
Not sure if the title fits what I am trying to do. I traded for Johnny Evers prior to 1905. He is leading the league in hitting and SB. He is making $900. I want to up his pay to around $1500. How do I do this? I have no option to offer contracts to players.

Try using that setting of allow star players to have guaranteed and multi year contracts.
