Help! problems unlicensing

I am trying to unlicense the game from my laptop, but when I go to Control Panel\elicense, the folder is empty and does not give me any options to this.

I've run into this problem in the past with elicense. Try going to ootp from the start menu. they have a direct link to unlicense there.

That would be left clicking. If you right click, it should give you quite a few options. Otherwise, you can try what the guy above me suggested.
