Historical Player Addition / TeamBuilding

I would appreciate it if the game allowed you to add in historical players from different eras. League Options -> Add Historical Player -> Year -> Team -> Player.

OOTP is already capable of moving players back and forth through history; I wish you could do it directly instead of adding the historical team they're on, yanking the player and deleting the team or keying in their attributes manually.

Tiny thing, don't know how many people would do it, but I've wanted to for some time. And I know the game already has the theoretical capacity to handle it.

You can already do this via "import free agent"

Right, I just imported six historical players into my league at the start of the Free Agent signing period.
