Can't offer extension to player
I'm in an online league and I am unable to offer an extension to some players a high overall rating that are eligible for arbitration. There is at least one other GM experiencing a similar issue. This is not a league policy.
When I ask for a response, I get a positive response regardless of how good or bad the offer was, but the displayed offer returns to his demand and "Submit Offer" remains grayed out. I will use Jason Wolford (Hamilton Tigers) as an example. His demand is 1-year 9.5 mil, his arbitration estimate is 8 mil. Regardless of what I offered him (I've tried anything from 1 mil to 29 mil), the response is in the attached picture. I found a similar issue that was never resolved here: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=278059 The league's .dat files have been posted under the name "all-americas_premier_league.zip" |

I too am having this issue in a different online league. I'm the only one in the league with the issue and I can't submit offers to anyone of a moderately high rating. I've tried everything from 600K to 70 Million and nothing lets me submit.

They filed a bug report and I had replied there. The issue with the other league was that it was a relegation league, and the top players were asking for the "opt out if relegated" condition on their contract. However, there were some text issues where the replies from players wouldn't note that properly. If you add that condition onto contract offers, you should be able to go like normal (and obviously we'll fix that up for the next patch).
