MLB Uniform/Caps/Logos

Has anyone redone any of the current MLB Uniforms/Logos/Hats, etc. and made "modern" ones for leagues that are 20+ years from the present day? I am just finishing the 2030 season and am wanting to find a new look for the current MLB teams and wondered if anyone had done this or how to do this....also, does anyone have any stadiums of the new Target Field for the Twins?
