Yet another playoffs thread

I have a simple request here: change the default second-round matchups for custom playoffs to NCAA-style brackets. Assuming no upsets in a 32-team tournament, the round 2 matchups should be:

1 vs 16
8 vs 9

4 vs 13
5 vs 12

2 vs 15
7 vs 10

3 vs 14
6 vs 11

The current OOTP11 brackets would have the 2 vs 31 matchup from round 1 at the bottom of the bracket, forcing the 2 vs 31 winner to go on the road in every round after the first. In addition, three of the top four seeds are on the same side of the bracket, meaning the 5 seed would make the semifinals if there are no upsets. This is clearly not what most OOTP players want, and it forces players to spend 10 minutes setting up the brackets for each league.
